Quick Response Team Formed to Dispel PMKS in W. Jakarta

West Jakarta Administration once again formed a quick response team consisting of 20 personnel to prevent the people with social welfare problem (PMKS).

In accordance with the duty, those personnel will patrol all over West Jakarta as PMKS prevention

Head of West Jakarta Social Affair Sub-Department, Ika Yuli Rahayu said the personnel were recruited from officers of service, supervision and social handling (P3S).

“In accordance with the duty, those personnel will patrol all over West Jakarta as PMKS prevention,” she said, Wednesday (4/22).

Besides that, as much as 30 P3S personnel are also spread in PMKS-prone areas, such as Cengkareng, Grogol and Tomang Traffic Lights.

Nevertheless, she stated the number of personnel is still lacking to dispel the PMKS. “Indeed, we still need more personnel. Hopefully, there will be additional freelance personnel in future,” she uttered.

While for the PMKS that have been netted, he added, her party will record and provide aid in form of economy business or will form the collective business (KUBE).

“However, we will continue to dispel the PMKS outside West Jakarta. By forming this team, West Jakarta could sterile from PMKS,” she hoped.
